WOW i'm lovin these ideas but i can't help think im gunna be disaapointed then Then again its an update it can only mean better. Problem is, not many people collect dye in stacks ...i know i do but most people don't.
The book idea is what i was thinking aswell, gives you no excuse not to carry a book around with you in a mission really.
I always thought the Xunlai storage agent only offering a materials upgrade looked like one of those unfinished features as it were.

daily fee for storage.... What??????

And what does the system do when you can't afford to pay the fees anymore, maybe you became inactive and or decide to quit for a few month. Does it delete your armor/minipets when u cant pay anymore?

A daily fee wouldn't work out because some peopel don't play every day and also its rare especially in my case to have any kind of money

It would be nice if the Shiro's Return books gave you more faction on your titles than they currently do. Pretty worthless in their current state IMO. I don't mind VQ'ing for the faction, but with Amatz (and challenge missions overall 'out of play' once again for viable faction gain), I'd like another option than just VQ'ing. Aspenwood and Jade Quarry are nice, but you have to contend with leechers and often looooooooooooooong wait times just to get into one round, which can make it not worth it (for faction gains). Alliance Battles aren't as good as VQ'ing or JQ/FA either, in terms of faction gain.

Buff the book rewards please. 40k for a NM book onto my title? I can get more than that by doing a 15-20 minute VQ. 120k for a HM book onto my title? For the time spent to fill the damn thing, I can still get more by VQ'ing.

Considering tomorrow will be the most significant update since the introduction of EOTN, I am kind of disappointed at the level of excitement and anticipation.

We have the 4th year birthday, holiday drops, XTH rewards and new tonic, and yeah the first and probably the largest quarterly update we will get before GW2 is due out this WEEK.

Lets get some excitement going!!

I'm not as excited as you are about skeleton team updates to GW1. Bring on Diablo 3.

Well if they did add a daily fee it would slowly drain money out of the game...Not sure about if you can't afford the fee...Maybe it locks you out and you have to pay it back with interest or you never get your items back, yes good idea! I say 20% compound interest per day!

Well it would siphon money directly out of your account so no need to log on everyday...and if you dont have enough money, well...You dont get to use it. Simple!

Don't expect one, then you won't be dissapointed.

There isn't much information known at the moment but we know it should be in april and on the 27 of march, Linsey mentioned on her wikipage that the update was only a month away. Making many people believe that the update comes on GuildWars' 4th birthday... 28th of april.

I believe I also read somewhere that they are going to announce the update before it goes live. Like what you can expect and such... Wouldn't suprise me if this was at least a week ahead of the actual update.

My theory is that information will be on the website sometime today. Alot of times when the "weekend event" on the log in screen isn't updated, they usually have something website related.

Tomorrow will be the tonic + points update. 90% sure it won't be the big update since Linsey said in her journal:

Friday, March 27th 2009
The (still to be named) April content update is only around a month away.

I highly doubt the update will be tomorrow. It'd be easier for them to wait another week, or even to the 28th, and do one massive update with Storage, Birthday Presents/Cupcakes, skill balance (you just know they're going to sneak those in there), etc, then a few smaller updates afterward to fix bugs/crash problems and such.

We'll be seeing an update this weekend most likely, but for the Easter event, the last Tonic, and XTH rewards. I'm betting the main update probably won't be until the end of the month, but I'd love to be proven wrong.

I feel bad for all the people that expect it tomorrow and anything decent at all. It will be way smaller than we expect/want, not cover what we expect/want, not bring anyone back the game, no new content. Essentially i think people need to hop off the hype train and remain grounded in reality.
